Toughworks wanted
a logo design that reflected their moniker
and looked really tough and hard, we used
a 'blokeish' serif font that has been roughened
up a little to show some battle scars. The
use of an industrial cog gives some indication
of the line of manufacturing and industrial
nature of the business. The use of the black
frame was the clients suggestion although
we also supplied the logo as a stand alone
graphic if it was to be used on a darker
background.
